• It stings. Is this normal? The stinging sensation is normal as you’re feeling the spicules penetrating the skin. This is why you need to start low and slow. Start with a little amount and once a week to give your skin time to get accustomed to it.
• Should I use it after toner? Depends. If your skin is sensitive, we recommend using a toner first and then the ampoule. However, if your skin is not that sensitive and you’ve gotten used to the ampoule, you can use the ampoule directly on clean face first, which will give you much better results.

• Can I use it with retinol, pure vitamin C, and salicylic acid? We don’t recommend using this ampoule with any of those ingredients, because it can sensitize your skin. You will see good results just by using this ampoule.
